Appointment status as recorded

This is why attendance is inferred rather than counted. Reps mark an appointment when a call falls through, because that stops the rebooking sequence. Nobody marks one when it goes well.

What this dashboard cannot tell you yet

Attendance
Inferred, not recorded. One appointment in the whole account has ever been marked as attended — the status field only ever gets touched when a call fails. Held and Qualified here are read from whether the opportunity moved past the appointment stage. A workflow that sets the status automatically when a deal advances would make this a measured number instead of an estimate.
Campaign
Campaign tags reached 23% of 2026 leads and dropped to almost nothing in March. Channel-level figures hold up; campaign-level figures are directional. The leading suspect is Cloudflare Rocket Loader deferring the script that carries UTM parameters into the form.
Time in stage
Not available. HighLevel stores only the most recent stage change, never the history, so how long a deal sat anywhere cannot be reconstructed. It becomes measurable once stage changes are captured as they happen.
Cost per lead
Needs ad spend joined on campaign name. Worth building only after campaign tagging is fixed — and the number to watch is cost per qualified call, not cost per lead. A campaign can post an excellent cost per lead and deliver nobody worth talking to.
